Description
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.
- Analyzing the business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Production of standard regular reports as required by the customers.
- Maintenance of data quality standards.
- Assist in hardware inventory management.
- Handle periodic preventive maintenance for IT hardware.
Requirements
- Solid communication skills.
Undergraduate Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses. - Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint® and others).
- High Integrity, confidentiality and business Ethics standards.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
- A team player with the ability to work well in a small dynamic IT team.
- Self-motivated, confident, creative, disciplined with attention to detail.
- Ability to cope with stressful situations.
