About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative IT & Digital Marketing Executive to support our online presence and digital growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in website management, SEO, social media, and content creation.
You will play a key role in maintaining our website, improving search visibility, managing social platforms, and designing engaging marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management (WordPress)
- Update and maintain company website content using WordPress
- Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and basic security
- Implement SEO best practices on web pages (meta tags, keywords, structure)
SEO & Analytics
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines
- Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Suggest improvements to boost rankings and organic traffic
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and schedule posts consistently
- Engage with followers and respond to messages/comments
Content Creation & Design
- Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, and social media posts
- Create visually appealing and brand-consistent content
- Support campaigns with creative ideas and execution
Requirements
- Experience with WordPress
- Understanding of SEO
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, organized, and willing to learn
