  • Resolve billing errors flagged by staff or customers.
  • Collaborate with financial team members, including Accountants and Bookkeepers.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as auditing customer records.
  • Prepare account statements for customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure client information is kept up to date.
  • Create and send invoices and statements to customers.
  • Check data input to ensure the accuracy of final bills.
  • Track payments and ensure cash flow remains stable.
  • Report issues or irregularities to the company’s financial head.
  • Issue debit and credit memos to fix billing errors.
  • Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Recover outstanding debts and handle client account queries.
  • Calculate additional charges, such as shipping costs, to include in invoices.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.
  • Diploma in Accounts/Finance or CPA 1.
  • Must reside in Mombasa Road or Eastlands area.
  • 1 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
