Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function, ensuring efficient workforce management, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with labor and statutory requirements. This role involves close coordination with teams, handling employee data across the full lifecycle, and contributing to staff welfare and administrative processes.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping for both casual and full-time staff in compliance with labor laws
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, overtime, and training documentation
  • Coordinate workforce planning with production teams and track labor requirements
  • Assist with payroll processes, including wage calculations and statutory records
  • Manage employee lifecycle data across HR systems (ERP, files, and databases)
  • Support statutory filings and ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary processes
  • Contribute to staff welfare initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate staff medical examinations in line with regulatory requirements (OSH, public health, food handling)
  • Support procurement of office supplies and general administrative tasks, including basic bookkeeping and facility oversight
  • Bachelor’s in HR, administration, or related degrees.
  • CHRP certification
  • Member of IHRM
  • Experience in a manufacturing organization is an added advantage.
