Sangare Gardens Farm recruiting:
Should have a strong marketing background with hospitality especially in a farm being preferred.
Willing to live in Mweiga where the farm is.
- Communicates and Markets the experience that is Sangare
- Ensure all marketing and communication platforms are working and updated and hosts guests online as well as physical
- Connects the different centers effortless and gives leadership
- Hosts guests from bookings to when they leave
- Gives oversight of orders and smooth running of online home deliveries produce and products
- Handles procurement and stock taking both hospitality and shamba
- Manages and develops the ground staff reporting channels
- Reports and is evaluated by the director incharge.
- Develops new experiences
- Develops new and manages existing partnerships
- Manages current and develops new customer base for the products from the farm
- Drives revenue and cost base
- ensure everything is connected : factory , shamba , hospitality feeding into each other
- ensure the circularity of the farm as a sustainable farm stay for guests and farm tours
- Hospitality for holiday , camping and bespoke conferencing.
