Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization and Design

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a wide range of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director and marketing executives across individual city hotels to understand marketing calendar needs and translate them into compelling visual templates.
• Create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging in a unified manner.

Art Direction

• Oversee the creative direction of design projects, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Provide art direction on key visuals (KVs) to ensure high-quality output.
• Execute creative direction across projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Design Execution

• Utilize industry-standard design software to produce high-quality design assets.
• Ensure designs are pixel-perfect and optimized for various platforms and devices.
• Create a wide range of design assets, including:
• Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners)
• Digital assets (website graphics, social media content, email templates)
• UI/UX designs
• Motion graphics and video editing

Collaboration

• Support cross-functional teams under the supervision of the Regional Marketing Director to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance design concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design and art direction.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong video editing skills, including creation of social media content (e.g., reels).
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from start to finish.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
