  • Manage front desk operations including welcoming and directing visitors
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, appointments, and client details
  • Provide information about travel services and assist clients with inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling
  • Diploma in Office Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front office or customer service role
  • Strong  communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and professional presentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
