Job Type: Full-time

The Front Desk Concierge will be the face of the organization, providing a warm, professional, and seamless experience for all clients, visitors, and guests.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a polished demeanour, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks while ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage client appointments, bookings, and inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent client experiences
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area
• Provide general administrative support and assist with day-to-day office operations

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Business Management/Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in front desk, floor management, reception, or concierge services is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage competing priorities
• Friendly, approachable, and highly client-focused attitude
