ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Instructor Intern to support physical fitness programs. The intern will
assist in program delivery, client engagement, and daily fitness operations while developing practical skills and industry
knowledge, ensuring a high-quality client experience and overall wellness support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of daily physical fitness sessions
- Support in setting up, organizing, and maintaining fitness equipment and training spaces
- Conduct fitness classes, one-on-one sessions, and client assessments
- Help in developing and sharing basic fitness and wellness content for client engagement
- Support the preparation and coordination of fitness schedules and programs
- Assist in client engagement activities and retention initiatives
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming workout environment at all times
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and wellness events to build practical skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate/diploma/degree in Fitness, Sports Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of fitness principles and exercise techniques
- Strong interest in building a career in fitness and wellness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
- CPR & First Aid certification is an added advantage
