Salary: Retainer + Commission
Employment Type: Full-Time

The Field Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling Techno devices through direct field engagement. This role requires a highly motivated individual with prior sales experience who is comfortable working in the field, approaching customers and closing sales. The ideal candidate is target-driven, persuasive and passionate about sales.

  • Conduct daily field visits to assigned areas to promote and sell Techno device
  • Actively identify and engage potential customers in the field
  • Demonstrate product features and explain pricing and payment options
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide accurate daily sales and activity reports
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors and customer preferences
  • Ensure proper product visibility and brand awareness in assigned locations
  • Follow company sales processes and compliance requirements
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Work closely with the sales team and supervisor to improve performance
  • At least a diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
  • Experience in selling smartphones, electronics, or financial products is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently
  • Good knowledge of Nairobi and surrounding areas
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, outdoor sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Professional appearance, patience and a customer-first mindset
  • Willingness to work in different locations as assigned by the company
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different market environments
