Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking, self-driven individuals to join our team as Field Officers. This is a performance-based role offering unlimited earning potential through member registration, collections, and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and register new members
- Manage client relationships and follow-ups
- Collect member contributions
- Maintain strong customer engagement
Earnings & Benefits:
- Ksh 100 per new member registered
- 10% commission on collections
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Opportunity to earn Ksh 30,000–40,000+ monthly
- After 4 months: Ksh 10,000 monthly stipend (subject to targets)
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Willingness to work in the field
- Sales experience is an advantage
