Order Processing & Fulfilment Planning

  • Timely order placement into the system

  • Achieve year round active business activity in the markets of Central Kenya
  • Drive Growth of 20% YoY for next 3 years for our Expansion business units 
  • Drive Growth of 10% YoY for next 3 years for our Turnaround business units 

Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion

  • Establish key customers across all expansion and turnaround business units
  • Cultivate and develop eco systems of primary users in expansion business units to enable brand differentiation

Brand & Product Differentiation

  • Drive brand awareness, loyalty, and growth through value propositions localized for the user base ineach market

Sales Strategy Execution

  • Drive growth to achieve a minimum of 20% YOY Growth over next 3 years across our Expansion business units
  • Drive growth to achieve a minimum of 10% YOY Growth over next 3 years across our Turnaround business units

Key Customer Growth Pathways

  • 40 Key Accounts Growth strategy execution with a growth path of a minimum of 35% YoY growth over the next 3 years evenly spread across Expansion business units
