About the Role:
We need an expert to develop a secure, user-friendly database that supports real-time incident reporting, data validation, and visualization. The system will help us generate insights for advocacy and programming before, during, and after elections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing EVM tools and workflows.
- Design or improve a secure EVM database with geolocation and time-stamping.
- Integrate data collection tools (online/offline forms).
- Develop dashboards and reporting templates.
- Train ELOG staff on database use and management.
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards.
Duration: 2 months
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in database design and management.
- Background in elections, governance, human rights, or conflict monitoring.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with early warning or incident-based systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to train non-technical users and produce clear documentation.
