What This Role Is About

You will manage and grow KPDA’s digital presence as a commercial and influence engine, supporting:

• Event marketing and delegate conversion
• Membership visibility and acquisition
• Brand positioning and thought leadership

You will be expected to create, test, learn, and optimize.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media content (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns)
• Translate events and programs into high-converting digital campaigns
• Support digital storytelling (industry insights, events, policy themes)
• Manage content calendars and posting discipline
• Analyse performance and recommend improvements (what worked, what didn’t)

Qualifications

You are:

• Deeply comfortable with social media, content, and digital tools
• Obsessed with what gets attention and why
• Able to turn ideas into clean, sharp content quickly
• Analytical—you don’t just post, you measure
• Proactive and self-driven

Bonus if you:

• Can design (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Understand copywriting and storytelling
• Have run pages, campaigns, or content platforms before
