Digital Marketer Job (30K)

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and post content on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Schedule posts using basic tools and maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
Content Creation
- Create simple graphics and posts using tools like Canva
- Write captions and short marketing copy for social media
- Capture basic photos/videos of products for online use
Campaign Support
- Assist in running paid ads (Meta/Google) under supervision
- Help boost posts and monitor basic performance metrics
Reporting
- Track simple metrics like engagement, followers, and reach
- Prepare short weekly reports on social media performance
Website & Online Updates
- Assist in updating website content (if applicable)
- Ensure product information and promotions are current
General Marketing Support
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Work with the sales team to promote products online
- Assist in day-to-day marketing tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Marketer (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.)
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
