Key Responsibilities

 Social Media Management

• Manage and post content on company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Schedule posts using basic tools and maintain a consistent posting calendar
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries

 Content Creation

• Create simple graphics and posts using tools like Canva
• Write captions and short marketing copy for social media
• Capture basic photos/videos of products for online use

Campaign Support

• Assist in running paid ads (Meta/Google) under supervision
• Help boost posts and monitor basic performance metrics

Reporting

• Track simple metrics like engagement, followers, and reach
• Prepare short weekly reports on social media performance

Website & Online Updates

• Assist in updating website content (if applicable)
• Ensure product information and promotions are current

General Marketing Support

• Support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Work with the sales team to promote products online
• Assist in day-to-day marketing tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Marketer (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.)
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
