Project Description
The Data Science Program (DSP) at the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC) is a specialized unit focused on leveraging big data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and advanced statistical methodologies to improve population health and development outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the current Multimedia team in designing reports, brochures, policy briefs, banners, posters, and merchandise.
- Support in videography and photography, capturing and editing.
Preferred Background & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in relevant graphic or multimedia design / Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects/ Lightroom) / Proficiency in Camera Handling (Photography/Videography)
- Experience in preparing content for both print and digital platforms (reports, websites, social media campaigns) with Adobe creative suite and ability to capture and edit photos and videos.
