  • Maintain positive customer relationships
  • Complaint Resolution
  • Handle and escalate customer complaints promptly
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-up
  • Payment & Warranty Processing
  • Support accurate payment processing
  • Assist customers with warranty claims and processing
  • Payment Accuracy & Compliance
  • Ensure accuracy in payment handling and records
  • Adhere to company cash handling procedures
  • Delivery & Aftersales Support
  • Coordinate timely deliveries and order fulfillment
  • Support aftersales services including returns and exchanges
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field
  • Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
