Job Description:

Regional Collection Management:

• Collaborate with the PVSTAR regional manager to oversee collection activities in the assigned area, ensuring collection progress aligns with targets.
• Take full responsibility for the overall collection progress in the designated region.

Key Collection Execution:

Efficiently execute instructions from the Nairobi Operations Center for priority collection tasks in the region, including:

• Conducting field visits to households with delayed payments.
• Recovering and reselling products from households with severely overdue payments.
• Provide timely progress reports to ensure transparency and prompt feedback.

Team Management and Training:

• Manage and train collection agents and sales agents in the region to ensure efficient collection operations.
• Provide necessary support and guidance to help the team achieve collection targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Regularly visit households using PVSTAR solar home systems to maintain good relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Dealer and Agent Management:

• Conduct background checks on dealers and sales agents in the region, including visiting their addresses to verify details.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with local chiefs to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

Based on : Migori,Homa bay

Basic Tools:

• Must have basic work tools, including a motorcycle and smartphone.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in collections for off-grid solar home systems is preferred.

Resource Advantage:
Existing relationships with local collection agents are an advantage.
