Clover Options is hiring an Experienced Cleaning & Facilities Supervisor.
Location: Based in Nairobi
Work Arrangement: Site-based and remote
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising cleaning and/or facilities operations
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent client relations and people management skills
- High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning teams across assigned sites
- Ensure service quality and adherence to standards
- Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Act as the main link between clients and Clover
- Conduct site inspections and submit reports
