Cashier / Accounts Assistant Job (30-35K)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier with strong accounting and system knowledge to support daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle cash, card & mobile money transactions
- Post transactions in QuickBooks or Sage
- Maintain sales & accounting records
- Perform daily cash reconciliations
- Assist in bookkeeping (A/R & A/P entries)
- Prepare invoices and financial reports
- Report discrepancies and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage or similar software
- High integrity and accuracy in handling cash
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 2–3 years’ experience in cashier or accounts-related role
- Retail/manufacturing experience is an added advantage
