Job Description:
- Preparing and baking a wide range of bread products including white bread, whole meal, rye, and specialty breads.
- Measuring and mixing ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality of baked goods.
- Operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring baking temperatures and times to ensure
- products are baked to the required standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the baking area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Production, or a
- related field from a recognized institution.
- Training in bakery and confectionery is an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role.
