Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Account Executive to join our team on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, developing strategies to achieve sales goals, preparing proposals, presenting to potential clients, and following up on leads. The role also involves maintaining contact with clients, resolving any issues, and ensuring all contract terms are met.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in client prospecting, sales strategy, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and problem-solving to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and client interactions is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Procurement and Supply Chain Sector: Knowledge of procurement practices and processes is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
