We’re hiring a capable, discreet, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a fast-paced startup based in London. This is a fully remote, full-time role with working hours aligned to BST (British Summer Time). You’ll handle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks that help the business run smoothly and securely.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support across business functions
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate day-to-day operations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support inbox management and internal task follow-ups
- Assist with tech-related coordination across tools, apps, and workflows
- Help streamline recurring tasks and implement process improvements
- Tackle unstructured or ad hoc projects with a problem-solving mindset
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant or Administrative role
- Proven trustworthiness and discretion with access to sensitive data and permissions
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
- High tech fluency — confident navigating a variety of platforms and tools
- Self-starter who works independently, anticipates needs, and follows through
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Availability to work London business hours (BST)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in a startup or small technology company
- Exposure to tools like Slack, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, Google Workspace, etc.
- Familiarity with AI tools or experience in AI-driven work environments
- Comfort troubleshooting tech issues or navigating software platforms
