Life’s Variety (TRUFOODS) is expanding its Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés & Catering) footprint and is looking for a motivated Van Sales Representative to join our team. If you have experience in field sales, enjoy building relationships with foodservice customers, and can execute daily van routes to hit targets — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute van selling to ensure the company’s products are consistently available in hotels, restaurants, bakeries, eateries and institutions within the assigned territory.
• Identify, approach and onboard new Horeca customers (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars) to grow market share and listings.
• Manage relationships with existing distributors — support product depletion, promotions and attainment of agreed targets.
• Liaise with the correct contact persons in Horeca outlets to ensure product availability and usage across the channel.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and promotional support, including advice on running offers, FOC items and promotional merchandise.
• Conduct market intelligence and pricing surveys; report on competitor offers and new products.
• Plan and execute daily van sales routes to achieve sales, distribution and collection goals.
• Identify product quality issues and either attend to them or escalate to the appropriate team.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing or any related business field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in field sales with proven exposure to Horeca channels; prior van sales experience is an advantage.
• Valid Class E or BCE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends for events/promotions).
