Are you passionate about travel and tourism? Almond Safaris is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel/Tour Sales Agent to join our team in Diani.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel or safari experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Promote and sell our tours and services to new and existing clients.
- Handle inquiries and reservations via email, phone, and in person.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in booking systems, emails, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and deliver results.
Employment Terms:
- The first month will be a probationary period.
