Terminal Manager Job NICT

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily terminal operations.
- Coordinate resources, transport, and container movements.
- Supervise operations teams and third-party stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with documentation, safety, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Qualifications
- 5–8 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or terminal operations.
- Minimum 3 years in supervisory/managerial roles in CFS, port, or warehouse settings.
- Proven expertise in container handling, customs clearance, and coordination with KPA, KRA, shipping lines, and transporters.
- Strong knowledge of cargo documentation, yard planning, cargo flow, safety regulations, and equipment use (reach stackers, forklifts).
- Excellent leadership, team management, decision-making, and communication skills.
