Job Summary

Nas Airport Services Ltd is looking for a proactive and highly organized Technical Planner to join our Technical Department. In this role, you will work closely with the Technical Manager to coordinate maintenance and engineering activities across our Nairobi and Mombasa facilities. You will be the key link between planning and execution—ensuring projects are well-scheduled, resources are available, and tasks
are completed on time.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track technical projects across Nairobi and Mombasa.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and work plans.
• Monitor technician assignments, workloads, and daily activities.
• Liaise with procurement, stores, and other departments to ensure timely availability of tools and parts.
• Keep work orders and project documentation updated.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Ensure operational consistency across both sites.

Academic Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Key Competencies

• 3–5 years’ experience in technical planning or engineering coordination.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, work order systems, and maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management tools, and technical reporting.
• Familiarity with CMMS or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Experience managing technical operations across multiple sites is an added advantage.
