Job Description
As a team leader, you will be responsible for
- Supporting and motivating the branch team to achieve branch targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet long-ter goals in line with the company’s vision and values.
- Oversee approval of loans, lines of credit and other financial plans.
- Prepare financial breakdown and analysis for the branch.
- Market the branch within the community.
- Document and interpret complex financial information for clients.
- Forecast and plan according to company objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role in a Microfinance Institution.
- Degree in a business-related field.
