Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Teacher. The Teacher will be responsible for planning lessons, preparing educational materials, and delivering instruction according to the curriculum. Additionally, the Teacher will need to assess student performance, provide feedback, and create a positive learning environment. The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Lesson Planning and Teaching skills
- Experience in Education and Training
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to both in-person and remote teaching environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Experience in a hybrid teaching environment is a plus
