What You Will Do
- Professionally, humbly listen to stranded clients and offer assistance where necessary or personally escort client to the relevant office for assistance
- Cleans, sanitizes & maintains all dishes, food delivery trolley, equipment, work areas, & food stations and any other facilities pertaining to food preparation.
- Collect cleaned and dried up linen, sort, press and pack according to its source and type, from different wards and units in the hospital
- Liaise with the H.O.D on any torn linen that needs attention as well as informing him/her of the department’s detergent requirements.
- Sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming hospital rooms and compounds.
- Dusting office furniture, wards and cleaning windows.
- Scrubbing the ramp, and corridors.
Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Understanding of basic infection control practices
- Able to promote a healthy, safe environment
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical environment
- KCSE certificate
