Supply Chain Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective and efficient supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
  • Monitor and optimize the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory control.
  • Lead logistics and transportation planning to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
  • Use ERP and supply chain software to manage and track operations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance metrics to senior management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, ISM CPSM) is a plus.
