Role Overview

This role is primarily focused on Social Media Marketing (70%), with additional responsibility for mirron’s marketing operations and back-office support (30%).

You will work closely with internal teams, creators, influencers, salons, and external partners to execute both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Marketing (Approx. 70%)

• Manage and operate social media accounts
• (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms such as Sora)
• Plan and execute content calendars and posting schedules
• Collaborate with external influencers and content creators
• Support influencer campaigns from planning to execution

Utilize AI tools for:

• Content creation
• Account operations
• Marketing optimization
• Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, views, follower growth)
• Continuously improve content and strategy based on insights and trends

Mirron Marketing & Operations (Approx. 30%)

• Support mirron’s back-office and daily operations
• Manage booking-related tasks and basic coordination
• Handle coupon and point management
• Assist in planning and executing physical / offline events
• Coordinate with external partners, salons, and collaborators
• Support ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks as the project scales

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Kenyan and African social media culture
• Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok
• Experience working with influencers or creators
• Good English communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both marketing and operations
