Role Overview
This role is primarily focused on Social Media Marketing (70%), with additional responsibility for mirron’s marketing operations and back-office support (30%).
You will work closely with internal teams, creators, influencers, salons, and external partners to execute both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Marketing (Approx. 70%)
- Manage and operate social media accounts
- (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms such as Sora)
- Plan and execute content calendars and posting schedules
- Collaborate with external influencers and content creators
- Support influencer campaigns from planning to execution
Utilize AI tools for:
- Content creation
- Account operations
- Marketing optimization
- Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, views, follower growth)
- Continuously improve content and strategy based on insights and trends
Mirron Marketing & Operations (Approx. 30%)
- Support mirron’s back-office and daily operations
- Manage booking-related tasks and basic coordination
- Handle coupon and point management
- Assist in planning and executing physical / offline events
- Coordinate with external partners, salons, and collaborators
- Support ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks as the project scales
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Kenyan and African social media culture
- Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok
- Experience working with influencers or creators
- Good English communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both marketing and operations
