Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content: posts, reels, stories, and videos
- Be the face of the brand on camera – confidently present products/services
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly
- Drive engagement and convert leads into sales
- Handle DMs, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Plan and schedule content consistently
- Analyze performance and generate content reports
- Run paid ads (especially on Meta/Facebook & Instagram)

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and eloquent on camera
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media marketing for a business
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
- Basic photography and video editing skills
- Knowledge of trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
- Highly creative, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach
