This internship presents a unique opportunity to participate in the early stages of developing an impact measurement strategy within a tech-driven financial services context. You will work closely with the Musoni team to gather and analyse data, helping to shape how we define and communicate our social value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse internal datasets to identify trends and insights related to our social impact
• Map available data to potential impact indicators
• Support the development of an internal impact measurement framework
• Assist in preparing materials for external communication and stakeholder reporting
• Conduct desk-based research on industry standards and best practices in impact measurement
• Contribute to survey design and participate in fieldwork when necessary

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate in Data Science, Social Sciences or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualisation tools is a plus
• Interest in social impact, sustainable development, and/or inclusive finance
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, curious and detail oriented
