Reporting directly to the Head of Business, you will lead the charge in acquiring and managing high-value relationships while overseeing a dynamic sales force of Relationship Officers, Team Leaders, and Agents.

Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years in a similar senior leadership role within the financial sector.
Expertise: Extensive background in SME & Corporate portfolio management and a solid understanding of Logbook Loans. (Agriculture financing knowledge is a plus!)
Leadership: Proven track record of managing productivity-based pay structures and motivating large, sales-oriented teams.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Character: A hardworking mentor with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
