Role: The Shift Lead oversees production operations in a shift-based environment, ensuring high-quality output, safety compliance, and optimal efficiency. The role drives team performance, process discipline, and achievement of production targets in line with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production inputs and outputs to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
• Supervise shift operations, employee schedules, and maintenance coordination
• Ensure production output is delivered On Time, In Full, and Error Free
• Maintain product quality through process checks and SOP compliance
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities
• Uphold GMP, hygiene, and safety standards across the shift
• Track production performance including OEE (>85%)
• Monitor machine performance and ensure alignment with production plans
• Maintain accurate production reporting and system updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Animal Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Experience:

• 4+ years in feed/manufacturing production environment
• Supervisory or shift leadership experience
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards preferred
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills
