Service & Maintenance Technician – Audio Visual Specialist Job. Technician Jobs In Kenya
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Sauty Integrations is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Service & Maintenance Technician with exclusive expertise in audio-visual systems to join our growing team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and servicing of professional audio and visual equipment in both residential and commercial environments.
You must have hands-on experience with audio-visual systems, signal flow, and troubleshooting related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure audio-visual equipment (amplifiers, mixers, speakers, processors, LED screens, etc.)
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs of audiovisual systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues and provide on-site or remote support
- Collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure quality delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of installations and service visits
- Record keeping of the Service Centre’s stock inventory and reorder levels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in professional audio-visual installations
- Strong understanding of signal flow, cabling, and audio & visual systems setup
- Prowess use of hand tools such as power drills, glue gun, etc.
- Experience in design, troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuitry.
- Excellent communication skills as a customer service technician.
- A self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team
- Diploma or certification in AV or a related technical field is an added advantage
