Key Responsibilities;

• Own the overall operation and growth of vivo Kenya’s official
• TikTok account, accountable for content performance and results
• Develop and execute a strong, localized TikTok content strategy with high creative and production standards
• Closely track TikTok trends, sounds, challenges, and algorithm shifts, and turn them into timely content opportunities
• Plan and manage collaborations with KOLs, KOCs, and local creators
• Analyze content performance and optimize posting rhythm and creative direction through data insights
• Support product launches and brand campaigns on TikTok

Requirements;

• 3+ years of hands-on TikTok or short-form video platform operation experience, with proven results
• Strong content instinct and clear understanding of what performs on TikTok
• Deep understanding of Kenyan youth culture and local content preferences
• Solid analytical mindset, able to use data to guide content decisions
• High execution capability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in mobile phone, tech, or FMCG brands is a plus
