About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager professional to lead new business acquisition efforts across Kenya. This is a leadership position focused on driving strategic client relationships, unlocking enterprise-level opportunities, and delivering tailored banking solutions to mid-to-large corporates

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hunting efforts to acquire new corporate clients in the banking segment (mid-market to large enterprises).
• Understand client needs and offer a suite of customized banking solutions including working capital finance, trade services, treasury products, and structured lending.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, pitch, structuring, negotiations, closure, and onboarding.
• Act as a solutioning expert by engaging with internal product, credit, and risk teams to design client-specific propositions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve aggressive revenue and volume targets.
• Represent the bank at external forums, client meetings, and industry engagements to position the brand and develop new leads.
• Track market trends, competition activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.

Key Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in corporate/Retail/ Digital banking
• Proven track record in solution-based sales to large corporates and multinationals.
• Strong understanding of credit structuring, treasury, and trade finance products.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
• MBA or relevant post-graduate qualification preferred.
