Senior Sales Executive Job Kitengela Glass

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow KHG revenue
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities including corporate clients, interior designers, architects, and hospitality sector
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Representing KHG at trade fairs, exhibitions, and high-profile events
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, and closing deals for bespoke commissions
  • Collaborating with the creative team on custom client briefs
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Providing market intelligence and competitor analysis to management
  • Any other duties assigned by management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in luxury goods, art, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong existing network within the corporate, design, or hospitality sectors
  • Self-driven with strong business acumen
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
  • A genuine appreciation for art and design is a strong advantage
  • Preferably based in Nairobi
