About the Role:

The Senior HR Executive will coordinate all HR and administrative functions, ensuring effective people management, compliance, and alignment with company goals. The role oversees recruitment, performance, training, payroll, and employee relations while promoting a strong organizational culture and safe work environment. The role reports to the Managing Director.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• IHRM Membership is required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR within an industrial/manufacturing setup. Eg, Flower farms, busy factories etc.
• At least 2 years in a Supervisory or Management position
• Comfortable explaining complex technical & procedural requirements in straightforward language.
• Enjoys working with people and systems
• Ability to work in high pressure environments, taking initiative, & prioritizing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
