Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of factory electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement timely, effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and guide junior electricians or maintenance staff, ensuring safe and efficient task execution.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support equipment installation, testing, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of electrical tools and spare parts.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
• Provide technical advice and training to maintenance personnel on electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance, repair, or machinery servicing in a large manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and control panels.
• Valid electrician certification or diploma in electrical engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
