Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition NGO Job Food for Education
About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and  engaging top talent to join our organisation. You will collaborate closely with hiring  managers and HR partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process and provide an  exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, Â and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate  qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions.Â
Candidate Engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment  process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Maintain communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience  and promote the employer brand.
- Ensure all applicants for all roles have been closed out within a timely manner, and  feedback is provided where applicable Â
Coordination and Logistics
- Schedule interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and manage candidate travel  arrangements where applicable.
- Prepare interview materials and assist hiring managers in conducting effective  interviews. Â
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking  system (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Â
- Support in generating reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and analyse  key performance indicators (KPIs). Â
Employer Branding
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to  attract top talent.
- Support social media recruitment efforts by creating and sharing engaging content  to showcase the company culture and employment opportunities. Â
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and data protection laws & Â regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and distribute employment-related documentation, including offer letters  and onboarding materials.
- Any other duties and roles assigned to you by your manager.Â
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 Years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment Â
- Experience working in an agency and in-house
- Excellent Data skills with high comfort levels working with Excel
- Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates using various methods and  tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build  relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage  multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Â
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate  experience.Â
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field
- At least 6 years of work experience, working preferably in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and HR compliance.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Demonstrated success in developing employer branding initiatives.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while ensuring follow-through on all initiatives
- Strategic thinker with keen attention to detail and a strong ability to execute strategy.
- Solutions-oriented with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, able to prioritize tasks, and navigate shifting demands effectively
