Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, tracking tools, and other surveillance platforms.
• Coordinate response teams during emergencies and security incidents.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and operational records.
• Communicate clearly with field officers using professional radio protocol and phonetic alphabet.
• Dispatch response teams efficiently based on alerts and client requests.
• Ensure compliance with company security procedures and service level agreements.
• Escalate critical incidents to management promptly.
• Provide shift reports and performance updates.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Criminology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working as a Security Controller in the private security industry (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with CCTV monitoring, alarm systems, and digital surveillance tools.
• Strong computer proficiency and technical competence.
• Excellent command of English, including phonetic alphabet communication.
• Ability to work shifts and remain calm under pressure.
• Additional training in CCTV operations is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
