We are looking to hire an energetic and motivated Internal Trainer to support the ongoing development of our Sales Team. This individual will be responsible for crafting and executing engaging training initiatives aimed at boosting the capability, confidence, and output of our sales personnel across multiple regions. The goal is to build a high-performing team well- versed in product knowledge, customer service excellence, and sales strategies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training Delivery: Design and deliver structured training programs that cover prospecting, client engagement, sales pitching, product knowledge, objection handling, and after-sales service.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales team members to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide continuous performance coaching to enhance professionalism, selling techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Sales Simulation: Conduct role-plays and real-life simulations to boost confidence and prepare staff for client interactions.
  • Field Training Support: Accompany sales people on field visits to offer live feedback, evaluate performance, and reinforce best practices.
  • Material Development: Develop, update, and optimize sales training content, manuals, checklists, and tools to match current market trends and company offerings.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor the impact of training through KPIs and feedback, and adjust content or delivery accordingly.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular training reports highlighting outcomes, challenges, and recommended improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or training roles—preferably in real estate or fast-paced sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and client servicing.
  • Confident public speaker with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Able to motivate, inspire, and drive a team toward achieving sales goals.
  • Organized, results-driven, and capable of delivering results
