KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team of Financial Advisors
- Drive and exceed set business targets

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Degree or Diploma
- Must be aged 26 years and above
- Proven experience in sales leadership (Microfinance, Banking, SACCOs) or Teaching
- Certification in Insurance or Investments is an added advantage
