Job Description/Requirements

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and market reach.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct training sessions.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer inquiries.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
