Sales Representatives – Fmcg Job

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s products to both existing and prospective customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
  • Conduct regular visits to outlets, supermarkets, kiosks, and other retail points to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the company
  • Provide feedback from the market on customer needs, competitors, pricing, and other relevant information
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in promotional activities and product demonstrations as required
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and documentation
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with Nairobi and surrounding markets will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in record keeping and reporting
