Job Purpose
We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting corrugated packaging solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell corrugated packaging products (cartons, boxes, custom packaging solutions)
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and contracts
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts
- Identify and develop new clients
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification is an added advantage
- 2–3 years’ experience in corrugated packaging/cartons or related B2B sales
- Demonstrated high levels of performance in a field sales environment.
Key Competencies
- A comprehensive understanding of the sales and marketing cycle
- Proficiency in MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent Customer Service, Customer Relationship and interpersonal Skills
- Effective planning and organization skills
