  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and qualify new business opportunities through email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing deals—while ensuring each stage of the process is executed effectively.
  • Conduct product demos of AI automation solutions, articulate value propositions, address objections, and secure client commitments.
  • After closing deals, coordinate and lead client onboarding by collecting business information, scheduling setup, conducting initial onboarding sessions, and handing off to the operations or automation teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track lead progress, client status, and key performance metrics.
  • Support outreach and lead generation efforts (email sequences, campaign tracking, LinkedIn engagement) until dedicated marketing resources are in place.
  • Collaborate with operations and automation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to live implementation and identify opportunities for upselling or service expansion.

Compensation & Incentive Plan

In addition to a competitive base salary, this role includes a performance-based incentive plan tied to new client onboarding and active client retention. Further details will be shared during the interview process.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outbound sales or business development, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of leading product demos and articulating value clearly.
  • Experience working with CRM systems to manage pipelines and follow-ups.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage concurrent onboarding clients and prospects.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS or automation tools, experience in client onboarding, or background in campaign/outreach platforms.
